About the Journal

Business & Management Compass is the University of Economics – Varna double-blind peer reviewed journal. Published under the title Izvestiya between 1957 and 2023, this journal changed its title to Business & Management Compass in 2024 to keep up the legacy of university periodicals issued since 1928.

Available online since 2012, this journal aims to provide a forum for presenting scientific theories, studies and viewpoints. It encourages academic pluralism and open discussions.

ISSN (online): 3033-0106.

This journal accepts submissions and publishes papers and articles dedicated to business, management, accounting, economics, econometrics and finance, computer science, mathematics, and social sciences.

The journal is published in quarterly online in English.

Business & Management Compass complies with ethical behaviour codes and protects authors’ rights. Authors agree to provide for free the right for their work to be published online. Views expressed in the journal are not necessarily shared by the editors or members of the editorial board

Business & Management Compass accepts the Budapest Open Access Initiative and is part of DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals).
