Aim and scope

Aim

Business & Management Compass aims to be a leading platform for cutting-edge research at the intersection of business, management and computer science, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and promoting impactful contributions that bridge theory and practice. Through rigorous peer review, we aim to provide a trusted forum for high-impact research, shaping the future of these dynamic fields. The journal welcomes papers written by young scholars as well as established and prominent researchers. This journal follows an open access policy.

The journal is published four times a year: in March, June, September and December.

Scope

The journal accepts and reviews for publishing original manuscripts in all fields within the scope of the journal. We accept both theoretical and empirical studies. We encourage empirical articles about emerging markets, Central and Eastern European countries, and the European Union economy.
